Bottom half of this picture has mostly Pinon Pine, Sage, Yucca Plants, and Live Oak.  Not many, if any Rubber Boas appear to be in this lower elevation in the southern end of the range.  In the background, higher up, and in the draws are the larger Jeffrey Pines, and near the top, Black Oak (fall colors) where numerous Rubber Boas have been found.  This is the South-Eastern facing slope.  On the North face, suitable habitat reaches lower elevations.
